Welcome to Shanti dans les Cévennes. I've created this space to share the physical practice of yoga, meditation, massage and sound healing. Below you will find the different classes offered, timetable as well as pricing.

All classes are open to everyone from beginner to the seasoned practitioner.
A yang style practice, involving postures and exploring breathing techniques to prepare the body for meditation. The class will move through a series of postures and end with a short meditation practice.
On the other end of a yang practice, we find yin. You will experience long, luxurious holds in postures that engage deep tissue, help to move stagnant energy and reduce tension. A practice that works towards deep relaxation.
This is a gentle class where we explore yoga poses and breathing techniques seated on a chair. Chair yoga is suitable for those with limited mobility, problems with joints or recovering from an injury.
Meditation and Pranayama
A practice for your mind and to ground your being with a guided meditation and pranayama (breathing) practice. Each class will offer different meditation and pranayama techniques. All levels of experience welcome.
If you are new to the studio or travelling in the region there are two great options available.
There are membership options which also include discounts to workshops and immersions.
There are also pay by the class options. The 5 pass and 10 pass still save you money.
